In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the gg739 website at gg739.ws and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and software.
• "gg739", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any registered individual who holds a gg739 account and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Player on the Platform, including the associated IDR wallet balance.
• "Real Money" means Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) funds deposited into an Account and used to place wagers on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by gg739 subject to wagering requirements, which are distinct from Real Money balances.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to activate full account functionality.

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an Account and must immediately cease using the Platform.

gg739 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. See Clause 15 (Amendments) for details.

To open and maintain an Account with gg739, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. gg739 strictly prohibits access by minors. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by gg739 or any gambling regulatory authority with jurisdiction over your activities.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All gambling activity on the Platform must be conducted solely for your own personal entertainment and using your own funds.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each Player may hold one Account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile telephone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify gg739 promptly of any changes via the account settings page or live chat support.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. gg739 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

In the event you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify gg739 support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining Real Money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of all pending KYC requirements.

gg739 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal and may be requested at any point during a Player's use of the Platform at the sole discretion of gg739.

Documents Required

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued national identity card (KTP) or valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within three months)

All deposits to gg739 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gg739 supports the following deposit methods:

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account. gg739 reserves the right to close any Account found to have accepted third-party deposits and to forfeit any associated balance pending investigation.

Deposits must represent funds that are legitimately your own. gg739 does not accept deposits sourced from criminal activity, and cooperates fully with international AML/CTF enforcement bodies where required.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account held in the same name as the registered gg739 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. gg739 targets settlement of approved withdrawal requests to BCA and BRI within five minutes of approval. Withdrawals to other supported banks and e-wallets are targeted within 30 minutes. These timeframes are operational targets and not guarantees; actual processing times may be affected by banking system availability, public holidays, or security review procedures.

Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be settled before the Real Money balance can be withdrawn. You may forfeit any active bonus to withdraw your Real Money balance early, but forfeited bonuses and associated winnings will not be reinstated.
• gg739 reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such review via their registered email address.
• Withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 per transaction may be subject to enhanced due diligence and source-of-funds verification.

gg739 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-bet promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless the promotion page explicitly states otherwise.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified on the promotion page. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted at expiry will be removed from your Account without compensation.
• gg739 reserves the right to determine which game categories and titles contribute toward wagering requirement completion. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sportsbook bets at minimum odds contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are detailed on individual promotion pages.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared between accounts.
• gg739 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, and to reclaim any bonus incorrectly credited due to a system error.

All bets placed on the gg739 Platform are subject to the specific game and market rules applicable to the product in use. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule shall prevail with respect to the operation of that game only.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. gg739 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a market is void under the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, gg739 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance. No compensation beyond the returned stake will be paid.
• Odds and game outcomes displayed on the Platform are determined by the relevant game engine or live data feed. gg739 will not be liable for errors in data feeds provided by third-party suppliers where such errors could not reasonably have been detected before settlement.
• Sportsbook markets, including those covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, are settled in accordance with official competition results as reported by the relevant governing body. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to be settled as wins; any void leg within a mix parlay will reduce the accumulator by that leg at even odds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, market, and account tier. Current limits are displayed on the Platform at the point of wagering.

Togel Rules

Togel draw results are determined by official lottery draw sources. gg739 displays results in good faith based on data received from its togel content providers. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the official source, the official source shall prevail, and affected bets will be re-settled accordingly.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.

• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. Cooloff periods take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gg739 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, with all associated balances forfeited and reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker games and sports betting markets.

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or any systematic strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers with no genuine risk of loss.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at gg739 staff or other Players via the Platform's communication features.

All content on the gg739 Platform, including but not limited to the gg739 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of gg739 or its licensed content suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of gg739.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gg739 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruptions to third-party payment services.
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

gg739's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gg739 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gg739 uses your personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, AML/CTF compliance, customer support, and where you have provided consent, marketing communications. gg739 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

gg739 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gg739 will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address held on your Account, via an in-platform notification displayed on your next login, or via a prominent notice on the gg739 website.

The effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions will be displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account under Clause 4.

gg739 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after request.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring Account suspension.
• Extended Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Upon termination for breach or prohibited conduct, gg739 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where funds are determined to have been derived from prohibited activity, gg739 reserves the right to forfeit such funds in their entirety.

Upon termination for any reason other than breach or prohibited conduct, any remaining verified Real Money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 14 business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the gg739 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law as determined by gg739's licensing jurisdiction. gg739 operates as a licensed and internationally regulated online gambling platform.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding a transaction, bet settlement, account action, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, you must first contact gg739's customer support team via live chat, setting out the nature of your complaint in writing. gg739 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve disputes within five business days.

You agree that any legal proceedings relating to your use of the Platform shall be conducted in the English language. gg739 does not waive any right to seek interim or injunctive relief in any competent court of any jurisdiction.
